He has owned and, along with a team of professional associates, operated the Keenan Clinic in Ottawa’s west end since 1989.

Spending 12 years as a Physical Education teacher and ?2 years as a personal trainer has given her a clear understanding into what people need to succeed in their pursuit of health.
Whether it is dance, hockey or racing, Andrea has the skill set and drive to push an athlete from being good at their game to excelling in the sport. She is particularly skilled and passionate about helping even the most inexperienced individuals define and attain their health goals by motivating them from where they are to where they could be.
Robert Hudson Registered Massage Therapist Rob is an excellent therapist who goes the extra mile to ensure that his clients get the very best. He loves to ski and has taught the sport for many years. Few things give him greater joy than hitting the slopes.
Susie E.King Registered Massage TherapistSusie is an awesome therapist who has worked at Keenan Clinic for ?8 years Susie divides her time between teaching and working with patients, either at the clinic, downtown or doing corporate onsite care. Rarely slowing down, her time outside of work is often spent traveling the world with camera in hand taking beautiful pictures.
Sandy Williams, MSW, RSWSandy Williams is a registered social worker who uses humor, compassion and a variety of body-centered methods to support others to transform, learn and grow in friendly ways. She believes that life’s difficulties are workable and it is her intention to support you to cultivate compassion and acceptance and to develop the inner/outer resources to work with your problems. She specializes in the area of grief, trauma, depression, stress and anxiety.
She has completed trainings from the Hendricks Institute and from the foundation for Human Enrichment and integrates the works of Dr.’s Gay and Kathlyn Hendricks and Dr. Peter Levine into her counselling and stress reduction practice.
Sandy offers Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Programs to both individuals and groups. Mindfulness is "moment to moment non-judgmental awareness. Paying attention in this way supports you to gain a greater understanding into your feelings, thoughts and beliefs and subsequently to develop the inner resources to help you work with life’s difficulties.”
Sandy participated in a professional training program under the direction of Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn, author of Full Catastrophe Living and founder of the stress reduction clinic at the University of Massachusetts Medical Centre.
Ongoing programs are offered throughout the year, if you have 6 or more people interested in participating in the 8-week MBSR program, a program can be offered at your location and at your schedule.
Sandy also offers workplace setting wellness seminars in the area of mindfulness, stress reduction, healthy communication, positive outlook and finding balance.
